meet needs of people who are there for the bingo and those that want to dance.

Winnipeg for 2 characters, face painter, and glitter tattooist will be $1890.00 . At
present if one “superhero” is booked second is half price. The price quoted is for
Spiderman and Spider girl. Group consensus would prefer a princess character and a
superhero. Eva will contact get price of this.
New Business:
Water hoses will need to be purchased for the horse rings. Approximately 100 feet of
hose for the Gymkhana ring and 50 feet for the mini horse ring. Cost would be about
$100.00 for good quality hose. In the past people just brought from home. However,
with wanting to offer Gymkhana events throughout the summer it would be best to have
some permanently on the grounds.
Eva Miller is process of applying for the Communities Festival Grant, and will
submitting it this week.
Connie Bergman provided information regarding the mini horse show. There will be 44
classes with a placing of winners to the 5 th place. Winners will receive the following:
$25, $20, $15, $10, and $5. That means we will need to have on hand $3300.00. Will
encourage the mini horse show organizers to seek sponsorship to partially cover the
cost.
Secondary to the increased horse show participants with both the Gymkhana and Mini
horse there will be many more horse trailers on the grounds. Discussion occurred
regarding parking of all the trailers from the horse and cattle. As well as Car show
parking, as well as public parking.
Blair Rankin reported that the posters for the Cattle show was circulated today. There
will be early registration for this event.
