ANNOUNCEMENT: Rain Date for Canada Day FIREWORKS & Fun Stuff

Bring the family to the Ninette Fairgrounds and celebrate Canada's 157th birthday! On Friday July 12, 2024, the Pelican Lake Ag Society and Ninette LUD have partnered to bring an evening of fun, entertainment and fireworks. Come hungry! Burgers & hotdogs will be on sale, and for dessert, get a free piece of Canada Day cake! The Ag Society canteen will be stocked with pop, water, your favorite bars and chips, and popcorn too! Then gather around the fire pits to roast some marshmallows! We'll bring the marshmallows... YOU bring the stick!

Get your YMCA moves ready and dance up a sweat with an interactive Kids Dance Party starting at 7:30 pm. While you take a break from that, step into the photo booth and strike a pose! We'll be giving out free 4" x 6" prints of the photos, plus texting them to the person in the image.

There's a return live performance by local talent, Nicki & Ava. Acoustic guitar and amazing harmonies will get you in the mood to sing along. Their performance begins at 8:30 pm.

Sooth your competitive side with fun yard games.

And finally, as dusk sweeps over Pelican Lake, sit back and enjoy a fantastic fireworks display!

What should you bring?
